Free parking is available in the 2 downtown garages on 2nd avenue South and 4th Avenue South.  Also, street parking around the perimeter of the festival is available on a first come first serve basis....so....get there early.  Traffic can be hectic.  Check the map tab, if you need to see how the parking and festival relates to where you live.
